Older models sometimes have different file names. Look at the label on the frame itself — the model number is stamped near the bottom latch. Email us that number and we'll send the right file within one business day: support@freepet.com.
Older iPhones and some Android browsers block in-browser PDFs. Two quick fixes: open the file in the Files app (iPhone) or Google Drive (Android), or download it on a desktop and email it to yourself. If the file itself looks broken, tell us the version number and we'll re-export it.
Yes — the languages available for each file are shown on the download row (EN / DE / FR / ES / JA). If a file you need isn't yet translated, email us — we'll let you know the timeline, and can often send a working draft.
Yes, on request. We include a printed assembly guide with every new order. If you've lost yours and would like a replacement, ask our support team — we'll post one out free within the US and at cost internationally.
